From your picture you don't look like you need to lose 20 lbs. I think I could do with losing between 5 and 10 and also toning up. There are so many different diets out there that it all gets very confusing after a while. I tend to try and eat sensibly but I do love crisps/potato chips :-) They are my downfall!
Deewani, i am 6'4" so relatively that is about 10% of my bodyweight. You are right though, it may be a little bit much.
Wow, that's tall!!! My hubby is 6', and I'm 5'2", so I hope my little one gets his genes for height. I'll have to join you all a few months after the delivery:)
i have to come up with a better diet. i basically exercise to maintain my weight. will you be posting suggestions?

How exciting! i am setting up another blog where we can monitor progress, however i will give you resources to do this at home if you are shy about posting your info on the web.
Mermaid, yes i am tall. I am sure she will be beautiful no matter how tall she is. I am going to help another friend after she has her baby next month, I will let you know how that goes and give you any tips we come up with.
Lorena, The latest post on here should shed some light on your situation, but yes I will be posting suggestions. It helps if you ask specific questions, so fire away. Also, dont worry about a "better diet", try to come up with a plan that fits your needs and satisfies your cravings.

Bahee, if you are serious lets get started right now. You can not eat any Burger King (like your lovely crown) for the next 5 weeks. In fact no fast food. If you must have fast food, go for grilled chicken breast, like the chicken whopper, no mayo, and better yet, no bun. I will post your diet and some tips later today.
neel sen-I am also a friend of barbie's (and bahee's). I have been studying for the Bar exam all summer and have really let myself go (no exercise, eating bad stuff). About 6 months ago I was in great shape and really just want to get back to that point (lose about 5 pounds, and TONE UP). I'd love some help!
update: i got an infection after teh surgery and have not been able to work out so i have had to postpone this. i am planning to get started in about another week.
